BIM Coordinator / Engineer (Railway Project)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall BIM operations and process control, including production of drawings, BIM modelling, preparation of BIM deliverables and collaboration of information exchange with clients and team members.

Responsible for the development, provision and management of the BEP, which includes standards, processes, procedures, deliver schedules, progress monitoring, quality control, BIM model coordination and clash detection workflows in compliance with the project scope and BEP.

Includes federating and coordinating the BIM models received from different disciplines.

Managing training requirements for the project teams and acting as the main liaison for coordinating with the Project Manager of client in relation to any Information Modelling or Information Management related issues.

Act as part of the Interface and T&C Team, assist in other ad hoc assignments or projects.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in BIM software (including Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, Autodesk Docs / Build and Microstation as a minimum), and has BIM experience and coordination in multi-disciplinary projects.

Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related discipline;

A minimum of 3 years' related construction project working experience;

A minimum of 2 year practical experience in BIM projects or similar position ;

Related professional certification (CCBC, HKIBIM, HKIA BIMPro) are desired but not mandatory;

Process good interpersonal and coordination skills, self-initiative, independent, and sense of responsibility;

Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese.
