Job Responsibilities

·        BIM Operations & Standards: Process and manage BIM cases from clients in Thailand, specifically focusing on Interior Fit-out and Construction projects to enhance our overall technical service standards.

·        Plan and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects from conceptual design through to the construction phase, ensuring seamless integration of interior details.

·        Lead project teams in conducting BIM technology implementation, bridging the gap between digital models and physical site requirements.

·        Assure high-quality deliverables for all construction and interior projects, ensuring models are accurate, clash-free, and ready for execution.

Requirements

·        Education: Degree or Diploma holder in Architecture, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or any other related discipline.

·        Industry Passion: Deeply passionate about the Interior, Architectural, Structural, and MEP engineering fields.

·        Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.

·        Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of BIM working experience (handling Architectural, Structural & MEP models).

·        Open for Fresh Talent: Passionate learners with no prior experience but a strong drive to excel in the interior and construction industry will also be considered.

·        Professional Mindset: Must be highly organized, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.

·        Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to facilitate smooth coordination between stakeholders.

·        Availability: Candidates who are immediately available will be highly preferred.
