BIM Developer (For Dubai)

We are seeking an experienced BIM Developer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in driving BIM innovation, workflow automation, and digital transformation across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C#, Revit API, and Visual Studio
• Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions
• Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects
• Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery
• Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings
• Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables
• Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo
• Experience with C#,.NET Framework, and Revit API
• Knowledge of Visual Studio
• Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, shared parameters, and naming conventions
• Familiarity with Python, JSON/XML, and BIM data management tools is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience
• Preferably within the Interior Fit-Out industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
• Relevant Diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
