BIM Draftsman

Responsibilities:

1. On-site survey and measurement
2. Submit drawings on time
3. Draw power and wireless antenna system diagrams
4. Create and update BIM objects and models
5. Use CAD or BIM software to produce 2D/3D drawings
6. Coordinate with internal/external departments
7. Draw as-built drawings

Requirements:

1. Experience in wireless base station design and installation is required
2. Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills
3. Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and Worker Registration
4. Proficient in BIM / 3D modelling / 3D visualisation software, i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, ArchiCAD, MS Project, or equivalent
5. CIC Certified BIM Coordinator or equivalent is preferable
