Rocco Design Architects Limited is a Hong Kong-based architectural firm dedicated to the uncompromising fundamentals of architecture and practice. Applications are now invited for the following position:

BIM Engineer – 5 Working Days

Key responsibilities:

Ÿ   Act as the designated BIM Coordinator for assigned projects, independently handling BIM implementation and technical workflows from design through to project delivery.

Ÿ   Develop and produce comprehensive architectural drawing sets using Revit, including Tender Drawings, Statutory Submission Drawings (BD/GBP), Architect’s Instruction (AI) Drawings, and construction details.

Ÿ   Execute Revit modeling and establish parametric Revit Families strictly in accordance with company BIM standards, while proactively advising on and introducing improvements to update the standard content.

Ÿ   Lead 3D coordination, clash resolution, and interoperability workflows, collaborating effectively with internal architects and external structural/MEP consultants.

Ÿ   Monitor, troubleshoot, and streamline Revit models to ensure full compliance with the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company data standards.

Ÿ   Manage model versions, data exchange, and issue tracking within the Common Data Environment (CDE), such as BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Autodesk Forma.

Requirements

Ÿ   Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record of independently handling project drawing production using Revit.

Ÿ   Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.

Ÿ   Possession of CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) qualification is highly preferred.

Ÿ   Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a strong capability in resolving complex architectural details and streamlining documentation workflows.

Ÿ   Demonstrated ability to execute model submissions independently, follow through on tasks, and strictly meet tight project and tender timelines.

Ÿ   Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, and related architectural software workflows

Ÿ   Strong communication and troubleshooting skills to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and multi-disciplinary project stakeholders.

Ÿ   Knowledge of Dynamo or visual programming is a strong plus.

Ÿ   Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua)
