BIM ENGINEERS – CAIRO OFFICE

HSA & Associates is looking for talented and motivated BIM Engineers to join our Cairo Office .

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit .
• Prepare structural documentation, including plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Review models and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and design requirements.
• Apply QA/QC procedures to drawings and BIM models.
• Develop and maintain Revit families and assist in improving BIM workflows.
• Collaborate with BIM Engineers, Designers, and Structural Engineers to deliver projects efficiently.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in structural BIM modeling and detailing for large-scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Tilt-Up projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360/ACC & AutoCAD .
• Strong knowledge of Revit Family creation and Dynamo scripting is a plus.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and construction detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-office environment .
• Fluency in English is required.
