Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Create and maintain parametric Revit families aligned with project standards.
• Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and BIM platforms.
• Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, Builder s Work drawings, and spool drawings.
• Generate fabrication-ready models in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct BIM-based quantity take-offs and support BOQ preparation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and update models based on resolved clashes.
• Ensure rigorous QA/QC processes and compliance with international standards.

Technical Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (modeling, detailing, and family creation).
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Experience with coordination platforms such as BIM Track or Revizto.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Bluebeam, or ProjectWise.

Experience & Sector Exposure

• 2+ years of proven experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
• Exposure to international projects (US, UK, Canada, Middle East, APAC).
• Experience across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Transportation, Stadiums, and Data Centers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Autodesk Revit Certification (preferred).
• Additional BIM certifications or workflow training (advantageous).
