BIM Lead / Senior BIM Coordinator – Process Utility Systems

Our client is a well-established engineering company delivering projects for high-tech manufacturing clients across the region. They offer a collaborative working environment and are looking for experienced BIM professionals to join their design team in Singapore.

Positions Available

• BIM/CAD Lead
• Senior BIM/CAD Coordinator / Senior BIM Modeller

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM models across multidisciplinary teams for industrial utility system projects
• Translate engineering designs into accurate models and drawings, including process piping, equipment layouts and utility connections
• Perform clash detection and model reviews to resolve design conflicts
• Deliver drawings, schematics, BIM models and as-built documentation in line with project schedules
• Manage BIM/CAD standards, templates, workflows and quality control processes
• Manage BIM datasets and support project BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and client teams to meet project milestones
• Lead and mentor BIM modellers and CAD designers (for Lead positions)

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
• BIM/CAD Lead: 8+ years of relevant experience, including a BIM/CAD leadership role; Senior: 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in industrial, utility, water treatment or process plant projects
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, equipment layouts and multidisciplinary coordination
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or other high-tech manufacturing facilities is an advantage
• Knowledge of UPW, gas, chemical & slurry or WWT systems, cleanroom utilities and process piping is a plus
• Confident communicator who can work with engineers, contractors and clients
