BIM Manager / Project Lead High-End Multi-Residential

Our Client is looking for a BIM Manager / Project Lead who can combine technical leadership with hands-on project delivery, providing a genuine pathway into senior studio leadership.

The Role
This is a dual-purpose position where you'll be responsible for both:
BIM Leadership

• Managing and evolving the practice's BIM standards, workflows and protocols
• Providing Revit and BIM support across project teams
• Driving model quality, project efficiency and digital innovation
• Training and mentoring staff across all levels
• Working closely with Directors to improve project delivery systems

Project Leadership

• Leading the delivery of complex high-end multi-residential projects
• Managing documentation teams and consultant coordination
• Overseeing project programmes, quality assurance and delivery outcomes
• Working directly with clients, stakeholders and internal design teams
• Bridging the gap between design excellence and technical delivery

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who bring:

• 8+ years' architectural experience
• Advanced Revit and BIM management capabilities
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Strong documentation and technical detailing skills
• Consultant and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience across multi-residential, mixed-use or large-scale commercial projects highly regarded
