  • Technology Administration: Administer BIM software platforms, maintain BIM libraries and templates, evaluate new technologies, and provide technical support to project teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for consultants, contractors, and project teams, ensuring coordination, communication, and successful fulfillment of BIM-related requirements.

  • Experience supporting projects through design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience supporting public-sector projects including NYCHA, DDC, SCA, DEP, DASNY, MTA, or similar agencies.
