- Ensure all models are audited and fully compliant with Prestige Standards.
- Lead multi-disciplinary federated model coordination and ensure all clashes are resolved before construction.
- Conduct BIM-based design reviews with consultants to support design finalization and quality assurance.
- Oversee Field Management setup within the CDE, and provide required training to site teams for adoption.
- Integrate BIM with project controls: 4D (time), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management).
- Collaborate with contractors for preparation of shop drawings, rebar detailing, and façade coordination.
- Develop BIM dashboards and progress reports for project leadership to track digital delivery KPIs.
- Ensure smooth delivery and handover of As-Built BIM models enriched with asset data for facilities management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 8–12 years of design and construction experience, with minimum 5 years in BIM management on large-scale projects.
- Expertise in AEC software platforms (Revit, Navisworks), CDEs (e.g., ACC, Bentley), and Digital Twin solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering BIM-enabled high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and Indian BIM practices.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team and stakeholder management.
- Ability to drive collaboration across consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in integrating BIM with project planning, procurement, and cost workflows.
- Analytical mindset with focus on project outcomes, efficiency, and innovation in digital delivery.
