Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Manager (BIM) to lead and manage Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Engineering, and project information management processes for major construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic management experience, knowledge of international BIM standards, and the ability to integrate digital engineering processes across multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM and Digital Engineering strategies for major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Implement information management processes in accordance with ISO 19650 and relevant international standards.
• Develop and oversee BIM execution strategies, information delivery plans, and project information requirements.
• Coordinate BIM activities and information exchange among clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and ensure effective information sharing.
• Monitor compliance with project information requirements and BIM standards.
• Support multidisciplinary model coordination and integration of digital engineering platforms.
• Ensure project information is accurate, consistent, accessible, and properly managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of overall construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic management of BIM or Digital Engineering on major international or regional projects.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Information Manager, BIM Manager, VDC Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in major Roads, Infrastructure, Drainage, Civil Engineering, or Building projects.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, information management processes, and stakeholder information requirements.
• Good understanding of BIM software platforms, Common Data Environments (CDE), digital workflows, and multidisciplinary project integration.

Preferred: Membership in a relevant chartered or professional body is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
