What they need
- Bachelor or Diploma in Engineering or any related course, BIM-related certifications are preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in the same position handling building construction projects
- Draft plans of design, layout and color schemes that take into consideration the preferences of the clients.
- Knowledge in Architectural concepts and design principles
- Proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of drafting related to Architectural
