BIM Modeler/ Architectural Drafter

• High School Diploma minimum, plus (5) years drafting experience in Revit in an architect's office environment. A degree from an architectural college is a plus but not a requirement.
• Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Knowledge of virtual meeting programs including Zoom and Teams

Salary is negotiable based upon experience and skillset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to produce architectural drawings through SD, DD and CD, including Revit modeling, sheet layouts, detail design and development.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with engineers.
• Release projects for various submissions.
• Printing and scanning of documents.
• Assist with in-office construction administration tasks such as producing drawing updates, responding to RFI’s, completing submittals and tracking logs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
