Job Description

Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating architectural BIM models in line with project drawings, specifications, local authority requirements, and company BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.

• Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.

• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.

• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and authority regulations.

• Update and maintain BIM models throughout project stages.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist BIM Coordinators and project teams with model reviews and design coordination.

• Maintain accurate model data, templates, and libraries.

• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.

• Support quantity takeoffs and extraction of projectrelated information from BIM models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Architecture) in construction or engineering projects.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.

• Experience in highrise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methodologies.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
