BIM Modeler

This role reports to the Project Manager and will be responsible for drafting duties on multiple projects and must collaborate with the project and sales team to develop detailed technical drawings according to specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D drawings, etc.
• Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or statutory requirements.
• Work closely with clients and project team to ensure specifications are met.
• Site-coordination and drawings verification where required.
• Require to work onsite and perform extended hours as and when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Architectural drafting / Engineering or equivalent.
• With at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably with BIM experience.
• Knowledge in Revit MEP (BIM) and AutoCAD software is a must.
• Strong analytical, organization, and planning skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player and work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to interact and work with people of all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a very tight work schedule.
