We are currently looking for BIM MODELER!

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Licensed Civil Engineer, Architect, or graduate of a related course.
• With at least 1–2 years relevant experience working in an architectural, engineering, or construction firm/company.
• Additional training or certification in BIM and related seminars is an advantage.
• Proficient in using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledgeable in using BIM 360 and any other related software.
• Has good 3D visualization and isometric interpretation skills.
• Possesses general knowledge of steel and concrete construction and fabrication.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting structural and architectural design drawings, specifications, and application codes.
• Has good time management skills and keen attention to details.
• Has the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned on project sites, if necessary.

Job Description:

• Convert 2D designs and drawings into data-rich virtual models and produce construction documentations.
• Ensure that all BIM practices properly comply with applicable local, national, and international standards for information management.
• Conduct quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on current developments or advancements in BIM technology and related tools.
• Perform clash detection and assist in the resolution of model conflicts.
• Contribute on proposing establishment and implementation of BIM standards across assigned projects.
• Update and revise models based on feedback, coordination requirements, and project changes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers and Architects to identify and coordinate the resolution of design conflicts and support project delivery.
