BIM Modeler – Architectural & Structural

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in BIM Modeling – Architectural & Structural.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit – Architecture & Structure.
• Experience in developing BIM models up to LOD 500.
• Strong knowledge of Clash Detection & BIM Coordination using Navisworks.
• Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation & Management.
• Experience in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud Modeling.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Ability to develop models from 2D drawings, CAD files and point-cloud data.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, model QA/QC and coordination workflows.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Experience in GCC / Middle East projects will be an added advantage.
• Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.

Pay: ₹19,388.91 - ₹60,284.54 per month
