What they need
BIM Modeler
Location: YTL Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Permanent
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BIM models based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 3D models and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination.
- Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed.
- Update and manage BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and BIM workflows.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Data Center project experience is an advantage.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
