Your Role:

As a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP , you will:

• Independently develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP .
• Create and maintain accurate mechanical models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.
• Review, refine, and update BIM models to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify and address modeling or coordination issues as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of BIM best practices.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure models remain accurate and consistent throughout project delivery.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices .
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Junior: 1–2 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Intermediate: 2–4 years of BIM modeling experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex models and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field ; preferred but not mandatory for Junior-level candidates.
• Experience coordinating mechanical models with architectural, structural, electrical, or other MEP disciplines.
• Experience working on complex BIM projects and managing multiple project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement and BIM best practices.
