BIM Modeler

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with hands-on experience in Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM modelling to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate, coordinated BIM models and supporting the design and documentation process across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed BIM models based on design drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural and MEP models and identify clashes/discrepancies.
• Work with architects, structural engineers and MEP consultants to resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare BIM-based drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules.
• Carry out clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, naming conventions and modelling protocols.
• Update models based on design changes and site/consultant inputs.
• Assist in preparation of coordinated construction and GFC drawings.
• Maintain model accuracy, quality and documentation throughout the project.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in Architectural, Structural and MEP modelling.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
• Understanding of construction drawings, detailing and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination and clash detection.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred

• Experience with large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.

Candidates with strong multidisciplinary Revit modelling and coordination skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
