BIM Modeler

Join a fast-paced global operations team in Bengaluru, handling structured BIM documentation, 24/7 shift-based workflow coordination, and process execution for international clients across the US, UK, and Australia. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing 3D models and extracting high-precision technical documentation to support architectural and structural workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed 3D BIM models in Archicad and Revit for architectural and structural designs.
• Generate construction drawings, floor plans, sections, and material schedules directly from models.
• Perform clash detection and quality checks to catch design conflicts early.
• Coordinate with offshore architects, engineers, and project managers to keep project data aligned.
• Follow international BIM standards and project-specific guidelines.

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of daily BIM modeling experience on overseas projects.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in both Archicad and Revit(Mandatory).
• Familiarity with US, UK, or Australian drafting and BIM standards.
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and cross-team coordination.

Preferred:

• Experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or MEP coordination.
• Exposure to green building workflows or sustainable design.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
