About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Level BIM Modeler for an international architecture, engineering, and BIM services organization supporting infrastructure projects across international markets.

This position focuses on infrastructure modeling, BIM coordination, and digital project workflows using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with practical BIM modeling experience who can work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Modeling and Coordination

• Develop, update, and maintain infrastructure BIM models using Autodesk Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Revit.
• Create InfraWorks models using survey data, engineering drawings, and technical information.
• Work with engineering data provided in AutoCAD and Civil 3D formats.
• Support utility and MEP modeling based on information provided by systems engineers.
• Coordinate BIM models with engineers and other project disciplines.
• Identify and help resolve modeling discrepancies and coordination issues.

Autodesk Construction Cloud and Documentation

• Set up and organize project folders and documentation within Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Upload, manage, and maintain project files and model information.
• Create and track coordination issues when errors or discrepancies are identified.
• Update models and technical documentation throughout the design lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in BIM modeling, infrastructure design, civil engineering, engineering drafting, or a related field.
• Hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Practical working experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and InfraWorks is required.
• Understanding of CAD/BIM workflows and technical documentation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey data, and technical information.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn and further develop technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure, utility, or MEP modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Exposure to international engineering projects.

Expert-level experience is not required. Candidates with a solid foundation in the required software and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Work Arrangement

This position will initially be offered as a full-time independent contractor engagement while the organization establishes its local Philippine entity. The role will be remote for approximately the first three months, with an expected transition to on-site work in Metro Manila beginning around the fourth month.

Candidates should be based in or near Metro Manila or be willing and able to relocate or report on-site once the local office is established.

Compensation and Professional Opportunities

• Monthly professional fee of PHP 40,000–70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
