工作职责:

根据公司年度极度重要目标，与团队共同完成团队年度业务目标及计划的设置，同时年度内定期回顾，确保目标及计划完成

Work with each team member to establish annual objectives in support of the business plan, and track those objectives through the year according to company and Engineering functional WIGs

• 驱动可持续改善，在产品及技术领域主导持续改进及创新，通过优化产品应用、提升制造效率、降低成本、保障产品质量等方式，提升BAC品牌在市场中的竞争力

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product Engineering by optimizing product application solutions, improving productivities, cost out, ensuring product quality, etc. To promote BAC’s competitiveness and brand in the market

Advanced Application Solution Engineering Support

• 客制化产品设计售前评估，设计解决方案的制定

Customized Product Design Evaluation and Scheme Formulation

• 与制造、供应链及财务团队合作，为特殊设计报价提供支持

Work with manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams to support specific design quotations

• 为制造团队提供所需的图纸，创建并维护材料清单

Provide proper drawings to manufacturing team, create and maintain BOMs

• 推动 BIM 与 SAP、Inventor、Selection Engine 等系统集成。

Drive integration between BIM platforms and engineering systems such as SAP, Inventor, and Selection Engine.

• 建立和维护 Revit 参数化模型及 BIM 标准模型库。

Develop and maintain Revit parametric models, families, templates, and BIM libraries.

• 支持 AI 在工程设计、知识管理及工程自动化领域的应用。

Support AI-enabled engineering design, knowledge management, and workflow automation initiatives.

• 完成主管和部门经理安排的其他任务

Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor and Engineering Manager.

Technical Expertise

• 技术背景，在暖通空调，制冷及换热器或机械设计领域有着丰富的知识和学识者优先

Candidates with a strong technical background and extensive knowledge in HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchangers, or mechanical design are preferred.

• 了解FM/CTI/OSHA等国际行业标准，在评估售前客制化设计及制定设计方案时能够充分将产品应遵循的行业标准考虑在内

Knowledge of international industry standards such as FM/CTI/OSHA, and take the industry standards into full consideration when evaluating pre-sales customized design and formulating design schemes

• 熟练使用Autodesk Revit，并具备BIM项目经验

Proficient in Autodesk Revit with hands-on BIM project experience.

• 具备 Revit Family 开发、参数化建模及模型库维护经验，熟悉 BIM 建模规范及 LOD（Level of Development）要求，能够根据项目需求进行模型设计、标准化管理和持续优化。

Experience in Revit Family development and parametric modeling. Strong understanding of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements, with the ability to create, manage, and continuously improve BIM models and libraries to support engineering and project delivery.

• 熟悉工程数字化平台、数据管理及自动化工具者优先。

Experience with engineering digitalization platforms and engineering data management is preferred.

Ability to do product cost estimating

• 具备利用专业知识，工程背景及过往经验发现和解决问题的能力

Ability to identify and solve problems using professional knowledge, engineering background and past experience

Proven record in effective written and oral communication. Excellent presentation skills, and understanding of how to put together presentations to best address different audiences, both technical audiences and management audiences

• 普通话流利

Fluent in Mandarin

• 英语沟通及展示能力是必须的，英语表达流利者优先

Conversational in English, fluent in English preferred, English presentation skill is required

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and management

Education / Experience Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、暖通空调、制冷工程、BIM工程或相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, BIM Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 具有3年以上 BIM设计、Revit建模、机械设计或工程数字化相关工作经验。

Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM design, Revit modeling, mechanical design, or engineering digitalization.

• 具备 Revit 族库开发及参数化建模经验。

Hands-on experience in developing Revit families and parametric BIM models.

• 熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint软件，专业级Excel使用经验者优先；熟练使用AutoCAD及Solidworks、Inventor、Creo、BIM Revit等三维设计软件，有ERP系统使用经验者优先

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, and BIM Revit. Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
