BIM Modeler

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. The MEP BIM Modeler will collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers to ensure the effective integration of MEP systems into building designs, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain coordinated MEP BIM models using Revit or similar software.
Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, Interior Design and other disciplines to ensure that all MEP systems are integrated into the overall project design.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP systems, structural elements, and architectural components.
Generate coordinated shop drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models.
Support the MEP design team in the creation of accurate, coordinated, and constructible models.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure the accurate representation of MEP systems in the BIM model.
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
Perform quality control checks on models to ensure they meet project requirements and specifications.
Participate in design reviews and model internal coordination meetings.
Ensure that all designs comply with BIM Execution Plan, relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to MEP BIM modeling tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical field and MEP BIM modeling.

Preference:

Experience in Highrise Residential projects.

Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and coordination.
Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: AED3,700.00 - AED9,600.00 per month
