2. BIM Modeler – Data Center Project
Location: Kulai, Johor
Employment Type: Permanent
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain BIM models for Data Center projects.
- Produce accurate shop drawings and as-built models.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
- Conduct clash detection and model reviews.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and requirements.
- Support project delivery through effective BIM coordination.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Prior experience in Data Center, Industrial, or Large-Scale Construction projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordination.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
