BIM Modeler - Joinery

Key Responsibilities
▪ Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out elements using Autodesk Revit.
▪ Prepare joinery shop drawings, fabrication drawings, sections, elevations and installation details.
▪ Model wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units, wall panelling, reception counters and custom furniture.
▪ Coordinate joinery models and drawings with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
▪ Identify and resolve coordination issues and clashes using Navisworks.
▪ Interpret design drawings, specifications and site measurements to ensure accurate joinery detailing.
▪ Coordinate with design, production and site teams to ensure drawings meet fabrication and installation requirements.
▪ Follow BIM standards, project specifications and required LOD requirements.

Requirements
▪ 3+ years of experience in BIM modelling, joinery detailing or interior fit-out projects.
▪ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks experience is an advantage.
▪ Hands-on experience preparing joinery shop drawings and fabrication details.
▪ Good understanding of joinery materials, hardware, dimensions and installation methods.
▪ Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate design intent into fabrication-ready documentation.
▪ Experience coordinating with joinery workshops, production teams and site personnel is preferred.
▪ UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,700.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
