BIM Modeler (M&E)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in BIM Modeling, Shop Drawing, Civil, or Architectural works
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create technical sketches/drawings
• Team player with good coordination and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop construction/shop drawings
• Coordinate BIM models and drawings with project stakeholders
• Support BIM collaboration activities across project teams
• Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project requirements
