BIM Modeler MEP

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (MEP) to join our growing team and contribute to international design and construction projects.

Position Details
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in MEP modeling using Revit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP models using Autodesk Revit
• Create accurate 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration
• Perform clash detection and model coordination
• Produce shop drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models
• Ensure models follow international BIM standards and project guidelines
• Update models based on design revisions and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM / Revit modeling
• At least 1 year of hands-on MEP modeling experience using Revit
• Good understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
