BIM Modeler MEP

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D MEP models using BIM software, ensuring adherence to project specifications and design intent.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural models to identify and resolve clashes early in the design process.
• Generate detailed 2D drawings, sections, and schedules directly from the 3D model for construction documentation.
• Perform spatial analysis and design validation to optimize MEP system layouts for constructability and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Possession of relevant BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Modeler specifically within MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP.
