Position: Structural BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:
Rebar Experience Must be need
Develop detailed 3D structural models (steel, concrete, wood, masonry) in Revit BIM platforms.
Prepare and update construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
Collaborate with architects, MEP modelers, and structural engineers to ensure model coordination and clash-free designs.
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project-specific modeling requirements.
Produce quantity take-offs, schedules, and other model-based deliverables.
Review engineering sketches and convert them into precise BIM models.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
