BIM Modeler Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop BIM models (Structure) using Autodesk Revit
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation (LOD 200–400)
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (Architectural, MEP)
• Ensure models align with construction drawings and project standards
• Support BIM coordination and collaboration workflows
• Maintain model accuracy and proper documentation

Technical Skills

• Proficient in:

  • Autodesk Revit (Structure)
  • BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

• Strong understanding of:

  • BIM modeling (LOD 200–400)
  • Construction drawings and detailing
  • BIM standards and coordination workflows

Other Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in construction industry
• Certification in BIM Revit Structure is preferred
