BIM Modeling Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
• Telecom & ELV Design and model systems including Structured cabling (FLS, Data, Voice), CCTV surveillance systems, Access control systems, (PA) systems, Fire Alarm systems
• Create and manage parametric Revit families for telecom and ELV components.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Convert laser scan / point cloud data into detailed BIM models (LOD 200500).
• Perform quality checks on model geometry and data integr

Preferred candidate profile

• Autodesk Revit (MEP preferred)
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks / BIM 360
• Autodesk Recap (for point cloud processing)
