What they need
About the role
A BIM Modeller role within an engineering and contracting division, responsible for producing technical drawings and managing 3D BIM models for project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Produce shop drawings, sections and construction details from the model
- Prepare and update 3D BIM models based on project requirements
- Discuss and coordinate with Engineers/Supervisor for drafting input
- Perform clash detection and coordination works with other M&E Services
- Any other responsibilities as requested by Superior / Management
About you
- Diploma/Certificate in mechanical drafting / engineering
- At least 2 years experiences in mechanical drafting; preferably in fire protection services
- Familiar with Revit Software and AUTOCAD software
- Knowledge in BIM modelling and coordination
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Possess initiative and self-motivated
