What they need
Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) and architectural drawings.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure precise and efficient modeling.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree, diploma, or certificate in Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a BIM Modeller for construction, hotel project and architectural projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with DGN, i.DGN, DWF, or 3D PDF is a plus.
