Bouw jij mee aan BIM bij Terberg? Onze uitdagende Design&Build projecten liggen klaar om gemodelleerd te worden! Als BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek bij Terberg in regio Utrecht ga je zelfstandig aan de slag met projectmatige ontwerp- en tekenwerkzaamheden gericht op elektrotechnische installaties in de grote woningbouw. Hierbij lees en beoordeel je de klantvraag om vervolgens het juiste BIM-model te vullen. Daarbij onderhoud jij de contacten met externe bouwpartners en denk jij actief mee over het inzetten van alternatieve apparatuur, installaties en/of uitvoering.

Concreet Betekent Dit Dat Je

• Elektrotechnische installaties berekent en engineert vanuit het voorlopig ontwerp;
• Het BIM model vult met alle nodige informatie en content;
• De benodigde informatie verzorgt voor het klantenteam;
• Rekent en dimensioneert op basis van een gekozen systeemconcept;
• 2D (werk) tekeningen uitwerkt vanuit het BIM-model;
• Samenwerkt en deelneemt aan vergaderingen met de bouwpartners op een interne of externe locatie

Als BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek Heb Jij

• Een afgeronde MBO of HBO studie, richting elektrotechniek;
• Enige ervaring in het tekenen en ontwerpen van gebouwgebonden installaties;
• Affiniteit met de BIM methodiek- en software, zoals: Revit MEP;
• Een creatieve instelling voor het bedenken van oplossingen.
