What they need
Model Management - Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, maintain federated models and ensure compliance with project standards, naming conventions and coordinate systems.
Clash Detection & Tracking - Identify, classify, assign and track clashes until full resolution.
Coordination Meetings - Prepare clash reports, screenshots and action lists for coordination sessions.
MEP & System Coordination - Coordinate critical MEP systems (electrical, UPS, generators, cooling, fire protection) and specialist equipment interfaces.
Site Support - Provide coordinated model views, shop drawings and sections to support on-site construction.
Progress & Risk Reporting - Track model progress, outstanding clashes and coordination risks regularly.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination - Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Preferably: CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
