BIM Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients and manage the BIM team, including task assignment, progress tracking, and deliverable review.

• Perform model coordination, clash detection, and constructability review across project disciplines.

• Identify, document, and raise project coordination issues for resolution.

• Develop and improve BIM workflows, standards, templates, and project procedures.

• Conduct workflow testing, case studies, and process documentation to support continuous improvement.

• Perform BIM modeling and documentation when required.

  Qualifications

  • Degree or technical background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, BIM, or a related field.
  • Experience in BIM coordination and construction documentation.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination drawings, riser diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a team of BIM Modelers.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Strong technical coordination, problem-solving, communication, and QA/QC skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM information management principles and workflows is preferred.
  • Experience working on U.S.-based construction projects is preferred.
