About the role

ProdigyAE Inc. is seeking a proactive and technically proficient BIM Project Delivery Coordinator to oversee BIM coordination, model quality, and project deliverables. The successful candidate will help ensure model accuracy, resolve coordination issues, maintain project standards, and support timely project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination activities and facilitate the resolution of model conflicts.
• Review and interpret clash detection reports and identify potential design and constructability issues.
• Conduct model interrogation, technical assessments, and quality audits.
• Monitor model health and ensure compliance with established BIM standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant project stakeholders to address technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Develop practical solutions to technical challenges while meeting project deadlines.
• Promote professional communication, accountability, and quality assurance throughout the project delivery process.

About you

• Strong technical background in BIM coordination and digital construction.
• Experience in clash detection, model review, and constructability assessment.
• Proficiency in BIM software and model interrogation tools relevant to the role.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining model quality.
