BIM Solutions Developer

About the role

The BIM Solutions Developer is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting digital BIM solutions that enhance project delivery, design quality, and operational efficiency. Working closely with engineering and project teams, this role drives BIM innovation through automation, digital workflows, data integration, and capability development across multidisciplinary projects. This position plays a key role in advancing the organization's digital engineering strategy while supporting project teams in adopting best practices, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM-related tools, automation workflows, and digital solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards, digital delivery frameworks, and information management processes across projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and digital innovation.
• Develop scripts, applications, and integrations using BIM platforms and related technologies.
• Provide technical support for BIM software, digital engineering tools, and project delivery systems.
• Assist with BIM coordination, data management, model quality assurance, and digital project implementation.
• Deliver training, guidance, and mentoring to project teams on BIM workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in research and development initiatives focused on automation, digital transformation, asset information management, and emerging technologies.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of new digital tools, platforms, and industry innovations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes, standards, and digital capabilities across the business.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM, Digital Engineering, or BIM Solution Development.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM delivery workflows.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Dynamo, Python, or C#.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience with Autodesk APIs, Power BI, SQL, ISO 19650, digital twins, AI, or computational design is an advantage.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering, buildings, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
