BIM/REVIT Design Technician

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and project specifications. The Designer will be responsible for creating detailed conceptual through construction design and models that align with project goals. Looking for someone with 2-5 years experience in similar setting. In Office Hours M-F 8am-5pm.

Duties

• MUST HAVE REVIT experience. Ideal candidate would have 2-5 years experience. Pay rates based on experience.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
• 3D modeling and visualization of design concepts.
• Maintain organized documentation of all design processes and revisions.

Experience

• Proficiency in REVIT (24,25,26), AutoDesk software is REQUIRED
• Experience in mechanical design and drafting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Rhino for 3D modeling is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and clients.
• Degree in Architecture preferred.
