We are currently seeking a BIM/VDC Specialist to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. Connect design information with field execution through Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design and Construction. Help project teams use accurate models and coordinated information to plan and build sitework more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil and utility models from drawings, survey information, and design files.
• Coordinate underground utilities and site components and identify conflicts before installation.
• Prepare model-based quantities, visualizations, and construction planning information.
• Support survey and machine-control workflows with checked model data and version control.
• Work with project managers, field teams, designers, and surveyors to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain model standards and help teams understand model uses and limitations.

Qualifications

• Experience with civil modeling, BIM/VDC, survey modeling, or related construction technology.
• Proficiency with relevant tools such as Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to interpret grading plans, utility profiles, coordinate systems, and survey data.
• Strong attention to accuracy and ability to explain technical information to field teams.
