Job Summary

LV Boss Bins is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Residential Bin Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing residential trash and recycling bins, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain the high standards of our company.

This is an active, outdoor position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with customers, and is comfortable driving a vehicle with a trailer.

Door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, work hard, and contribute to the growth of LV Boss Bins.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residential trash and recycling bins using pressure washers, cleaning solutions, and other equipment.
• Safely maneuver and transport residential bins to and from the cleaning equipment.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment according to company procedures.
• Drive company vehicles and pull trailers safely and responsibly.
• Perform daily inspections of vehicles, trailers, and cleaning equipment.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to residential customers.
• Answer customer questions and explain our bin cleaning services.
• Assist with door-to-door sales and customer outreach when needed.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional services and generate new customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Complete other duties related to residential bin cleaning and daily operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the designated work location.
• Experience driving a vehicle with a trailer is preferred.
• Ability to safely pull, maneuver, and park a trailer.
• Door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and maneuvering residential trash bins.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to pass any applicable company driving or background requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, landscaping, waste management, or other outdoor service industries.
• Experience with pressure washers or similar cleaning equipment.
• Previous door-to-door sales or customer acquisition experience.
• Experience towing trailers for work or personal use.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help grow a small business.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
