• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (5 days per week + overtime)
• Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. (4 days per week + overtime) - Night Differential.

J&M Printing is hiring Bindery and Digital Press Operators for our Gwinner production facility. We serve customers nationwide with commercial printing, direct mail, promotional products, and fulfillment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press and bindery equipment, which may include digital presses, paper cutters, folders, collators, booklet makers, stitchers, binding equipment, and shrink wrappers.
• Read job tickets and follow instructions for sizes, quantities, page order, folding, binding, packaging, and delivery.
• Load materials, adjust equipment, and monitor production for consistent quality.
• Check finished products for accurate trimming, folds, page sequence, binding, appearance, and counts.
• Perform hand assembly, inserting, collating, counting, packing, and labeling as needed.
• Identify production problems, make adjustments within your training, and report equipment or quality concerns promptly.
• Complete production records and record job time and quantities accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and operator maintenance.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Work with other departments to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and assist in other production areas as needed.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Ability to perform work involving prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive material handling, with reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move paper, cartons, and finished products using appropriate lifting practices, equipment, or team assistance.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment around operating equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime or additional hours when production needs require.
