Pay: $17.50 – $26.00 per hour
Full-Time | 40 Hours / Week | Overtime Available

Interprint Web Printing has been a trusted name in Florida’s commercial printing industry for 61 years — since 1965. We’re looking for an experienced Bindery Operator to join our production team and play an important role in producing high-quality printed products for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Folding: Set up and operate 30" full-size MBO large-format folding equipment, including stacking, automatic counting, and inline paper banding systems.
• Saddle Stitching: Set up and operate 8-pocket saddle-stitching equipment while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Cutting: Safely operate Polar paper cutting equipment.
• Mailing Equipment: Experience with mailing equipment is not required, but it is a strong plus. We operate Kirk Rudy mailing lines.
• Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Make routine adjustments, troubleshoot equipment, and perform minor repairs to keep production moving efficiently.
• Job Tracking: Review electronic job specifications, organize daily production assignments, and accurately enter job information into our shop-floor computer system.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on bindery experience in a high-volume commercial printing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of commercial bindery equipment
• Ability to make machine adjustments and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a desire to continue learning and developing your skills
