Bindery Operator

Graphics Production – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Bindery Operator to join our Graphics Production team. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can perform all duties and tasks necessary to assist in set up and operation of bindery equipment at optimal levels of performance. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

The work schedule for this full-time position is Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM. The salary range for this position is $16-$18/hour. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Possess good mechanical skills to operate various pieces of equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time; good manual dexterity
• Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
• Ability to work either independently or as an effective team member depending on project
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients in a positive manner
• Ability to organize and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Good manual dexterity
• Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission
