Responsibilities

• Call out numbers clearly and confidently during bingo games, ensuring accurate and timely announcements
• Manage the progression of each game, including starting new rounds and closing out winners efficiently
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Supervise game procedures to ensure fair play and adherence to established rules
• Assist guests with questions or concerns related to gameplay or venue services
• Maintain organized records of game outcomes, winners, and payouts when applicable
• Support management in setting up gaming areas and preparing supplies for each session

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to call numbers loudly and clearly
• Previous experience in management or supervising roles is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members or volunteers
• Basic math skills necessary for managing payouts and keeping track of game progress
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Ability to stay energetic, focused, and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in gaming or entertainment venues is a plus but not mandatory
