Summary Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising bio-chemical production processes to ensure operational effectiveness, product quality, production target achievement, and compliance with company standards and policies.

Job Description

• Develop production plans in alignment with material procurement and product delivery schedules.
• Lead production operations for agricultural bio-based products (Biofertilizer, Bio pesticides, Microbiology and other Bio product for agriculture) while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets for production operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of production process operators.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production, laboratory equipment and Infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices within production operations.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and processes to improve operational performance.
• Analyze operational issues and propose appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and submit reports related to production process operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Master's Degree (S2) in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Bioprocess, Biology or Microbiology.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Biofertilizer, Bio pesticides, Microbiology and other Bio product for agriculture.
• Core competencies: Microbiology/Bio-Industry for agriculture, Production Operational management, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking and Computer.
• Good leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Training/Certification: Bioprocess production, Manufacturing, Quality management system, Production Planning Inventory Control, Total Productive maintenance.
