Experience: 8 to 10 Years, 5+ year proven record for biomedical engineer hospital experience.

Job Summary:

• Manage a team of biomedical engineers, providing guidance and support in daily operations and projects.

• Develop and implement strategies for the maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Oversee budgetary considerations related to equipment procurement, maintenance contracts, and departmental expenditures.

• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements in all biomedical engineering activities.

• Coordinate training programs for staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge of new technologies.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with medical equipment maintenance and use, ensuring patient safety.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and service histories.
