What they need

Location: Dublin, Ireland Job reference: R-261667 Date posted: 10/12/2026

Are you ready to turn precise manufacturing into meaningful outcomes for patients with rare and devastating diseases? In this role, you will set up, run, and continuously improve bioprocess operations that keep life-changing therapies moving from our facilities to those who need them most. Your work will directly influence product quality, plant reliability, and the speed at which we deliver to patients.

You will join a high-performing manufacturing team that values curiosity, accountability, and collaboration. From day one, you will engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, streamline processes, and adopt digital tools that elevate performance. Can you see yourself troubleshooting a process deviation in the morning, coaching a colleague in the afternoon, and closing a critical project milestone by day’s end?

Accountabilities:

  • Manufacturing Execution: Set up and support bioprocess operations to achieve daily throughput, quality targets, and reliable plant performance.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues rapidly, providing clear guidance to teammates and internal customers to restore optimal operations.
  • Decision Support: Actively seek data and insights to inform decisions, ensuring recommendations are grounded in evidence and aligned to standards.
  • Project Delivery: Prioritize work and deliver projects to plan, including meeting sustainability objectives and escalating risks early to keep commitments on track.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze process and project information to define requirements, build credible action plans with stakeholders, and drive timely execution.
  • Safety and GMP Compliance: Ensure personal compliance with Health, Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards; promote a safe, right-first-time culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify waste, apply lean tools, and implement improvements that enhance yield, reduce deviations, and simplify workflows.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Draft analyses, recommendations, and reports to support business cases, investigations, and performance improvements at broader business levels.
  • Change Management: Support ongoing change initiatives, ensuring changes are controlled, communicated, and embedded effectively.
  • Digital Adoption: Embrace new digital tools and technologies, model best practices, and collaborate with peers to accelerate digital adoption in the area.
  • Coaching and Development: Take ownership of personal development and contribute to the growth of less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job support.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional members of the manufacturing organization to align priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or working towards a professional qualification, OR High School/Technical/Associate/Vocational diploma with equivalent experience. Experience in production environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • Work experience in a regulated industry.
